Hallie Brand

Hallie has spent her career at the intersection of business and mission. Over the last fifteen years, she founded two social enterprises and supported founders of over twenty businesses and nonprofits through consulting and long-term projects. She got interested in thrifting as a new mom looking for something safe to do with an infant during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she joined the Real McCoy team as the store manager in 2025. 

Hallie is passionate about seeing people thrive in the lives they were created for, and she is thrilled to be able to support women in their recovery journey. She lives in Jackson with her husband and son.
